Quit Smoking

If you are a smoker, there is not another single action you could take that would improve your health, well-being and quality of life as much as quitting smoking. I am sure this is not a surprise. You've probably heard this same message from quite a number of people. The problem is that quitting is easier said than done.



The good news is that it is possible. There are a number of strategies that are particularly helpful at putting smoking behind you. As a counselor, I have years of experience in sucessfully helping my clients kick the habit. I've done work with individuals, groups and organizations with the consistent aim of improving quality of life through smoking cessation or reduction.  That's right- if you can't yet quit, cutting back can help.
